SHIPPING POLICY

DISPATCH

Shipping is available within Australia and numerous International destinations.

All orders are dispatched from Sydney, Australia.


PRE-ORDER: 

Solamusa operates primarily limited drop basis, where all purchases are pre-order. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your order to be dispatched after placement. 

 READY TO SHIP: 

Please allow 1-3 days for your order is to be dispatched after placement. 


In the case of Public Holidays, or end-of-year delays, please allow up to 4 business days for your order to be dispatched.

AUSTRALIA

Australia Post Domestic (AU) Standard: 3-5 business days, $10 for orders under $300.

Australia Post Domestic (AU) Express: 1-2 business days, $15 for orders under $300

 

INTERNATIONAL

We ship with DHL E-commerce and DHL Express, to offer you the easiest and quickest experience.

Please note all International orders are ineligible for exchanges and refunds. 

Items shipped outside of Australia are subject to duties, taxes (VAT), handling and/or other miscellaneous charges as defined by the country of import. 

These fees are not included in the cost of your order and therefore can not be reimbursed by Solamusa.

SHIPPING TERMS OF SERVICE

Solamusa is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to our parcels once handed to our couriers Australia Post and DHL. If you suspect your parcel is lost please contact Australia Post, DHL, or contact@solamusa.com

Unfortunately, any issues presented post-dispatching your order is no longer in our control and therefore cannot be compensated for. This includes theft or incorrect input of address information, unless the mistake was made on our end, in this case compensation will be provided. 

If you accidentally put the incorrect address when placing your order, please contact us immediately and we will change it, however once it has been dispatched we can no longer change the address. 

RETURNS POLICY

EXCHANGE POLICY:

We want you to love your Solamusa garments as much as we do, if you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer you a credit note for pre-order items and exchanges or credit notes for ready to ship orders. 

Please note - this policy applies to all orders once placed and is compliant with both State and Commonwealth Australian law. 


Subject to the following requirements:

Eligibility: Exchanges are accepted within 5 days of receiving your order. Eligible items must be in folded in the packaging, in original condition, unworn, and with tags attached.

Process: To initiate an Exchange, email us at contact@solamusa.com with "EXCHANGE" in the subject line within 5 days of delivery. Once the return label is provided, you must send us the tracking information within 2 days.

Costs: Free for all orders within Australia. International Orders are at the cost of the buyer.

RETURN POLICY:

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 5 days of receiving your order. Eligible items must be in folded in the packaging, in original condition, unworn, and with tags attached.

Process: To initiate a return, email us at contact@solamusa.com with “RETURN" in the subject line within 5 days of delivery. Once the return label is provided, you must send us the tracking information within 2 days.

Costs: At the expense of the buyer.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Subject to the following requirements:

Final Sale: Items purchased during our online sale events are considered FINAL SALE. As a condition of sale, these items are not eligible for return, refund, store credit, or exchange.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM

Should you receive damaged or faulty goods, an incorrect order or feel it is not as advertised please contact us at contact@solamusa.com within 5 days of receiving the item so we can determine the next course of action. Be sure to provide your order number as well as photos or videos so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Solamusa reserve the right to determine a genuine fault in the clothing. If an item is deemed as having a manufacturing defect you will not incur any additional costs, and will be offered a replacement item, refund, or store credit. Please see our Terms and Conditions for further details.
